User Experience in Real World Applications and Companies

User experience is the major component of user engagement with a Application or Business Process and it inherits from Customer Experience.

Information Technology (IT) industry expanded into other industries like Health (E-Health), Banking (E-Banking), Tourism, Enterprise Resource Planning (Human Resource Management, Finance, Inventory and Product Management).
